Founding-shop pilot
Turn empty slots into booked AC jobs.
Connect your existing schedule so AI assistants can offer customers a real appointment time — and place confirmed work directly on your calendar.
Starting with Workiz-based AC shops. Housecall Pro and Jobber support are planned.
A shorter path to the job
Your schedule does the talking.
Customers tell their AI assistant what is wrong and when they need help. The connector handles the back-and-forth with your approved scheduling system.
You connect your scheduler
Your shop authorizes access. You choose the service area, job types, hours, and appointment rules the connector can use.
AI checks real openings
When a nearby customer asks for AC service, the connector looks only for times that fit your rules and current availability.
A confirmed job appears
The selected appointment goes into the calendar your dispatch team already uses, with the service need and customer details.
Not another lead list
Less chasing. More dispatching.
Traditional lead services hand your team a name to call. This model is designed to hand your team a customer who already chose a time.
A contact to chase
Your office calls, leaves messages, answers price questions, and competes for the same customer.
A time to dispatch
The customer has selected your shop and an available appointment. Your team confirms the work and sends the tech.
Built around your operation
Keep the tools your team knows.
The pilot is designed to complement your current customer-acquisition channels and scheduling workflow — not replace your dispatch software.
Fill the gaps you choose
Offer real openings without giving up control of technician hours, drive radius, job types, or blackout periods.
Stay in your scheduler
Appointments are designed to arrive where your office already works. No second dispatch board to monitor.
Pay for outcomes
The business model is designed around confirmed bookings, not shared contact lists. Pilot terms are agreed with each founding shop.
Build a new demand channel
Meet customers at the moment they ask an AI assistant for help — before another shop starts the phone race.
A focused first launch
The pilot stays small on purpose.
- 1Residential AC service — repair calls, seasonal tune-ups, and replacement estimates.
- 2One launch market — a limited service area keeps travel rules and customer support manageable.
- 3Workiz first — the first cohort helps validate the scheduling flow before more software adapters are added.

Questions shops usually ask
Do customers see our whole calendar?
No. The planned connector returns only eligible time slots based on the rules the shop approves. Customers do not browse your dispatch board or internal schedule.
Are we replacing our current booking services?
No. The pilot can run alongside your current ads and lead sources. It is a new booking channel that uses your existing scheduling workflow.
What happens after we apply?
The pilot team will review your service area, scheduling app, and appointment rules. Calendar access happens only later, through an approved connection process.
Is the pilot live today?
This is a founding-shop interest page for a prototype. Applying starts a conversation; it does not promise immediate customer volume or activate a live integration.
